I investigate vortex dynamics and large scale circulation in planetary atmospheres, from tropical climate systems on Earth to polar cyclones and circulation cells on Jupiter. My approach integrates observations, numerical models, neural networks, and geophysical fluid dynamics theory, with the goal of uncovering the fundamental mechanisms that govern these complex flows.
